Citizen Unified Inquiry System
The Citizen Unified Inquiry System (CUIS) is designed to unify critical personal, educational, health, and judicial information of citizens under a single, secure, and authorized-access digital platform. The system aims to enhance emergency response, improve administrative efficiency, and provide verified information for authorized institutions and government bodies.
ICT Education Development
Executive Summary This initiative proposes a comprehensive curriculum for introducing Information and Communications Technology (ICT) to students in the preparatory stage (ages 11-14), before entering secondary education. Aligned with international standards such as the ISTE Computational Thinking Competencies and CSTA K-12 Computer Science Standards, the program aims to build foundational digital literacy, foster critical thinking, and prepare students for a technology-driven world. By integrating practical activities, ethical considerations, and modern topics like AI and cybersecurity, it ensures inclusivity and relevance, addressing gaps in early ICT education.
Education System Development
This plan aims to radically reform the education system through a curriculum focused on building the human being—morally, physically, intellectually, skillfully, and linguistically. This system is not just about transmitting information; it is a process of shaping a generation.
Smart Port Integration Project
This project aims to design and develop a unified digital platform that seamlessly integrates the Port Community System (PCS) with the Terminal Operating System (TOS). The solution connects all key stakeholders — including Port Authorities, Customs, Regulatory Agencies, Shipping Lines, Logistics Companies, and Customers — within a single collaborative environment. By merging PCS and TOS functionalities, the platform enables efficient management of vessel calls, cargo operations, documentation, and approvals, fostering smarter, faster, and more transparent port operations
Port Access Permit Management
A prototype system is proposed to digitize and streamline the issuance and management of port entry permits, integrating a centralized personnel database with bio-metric and smart-card readers to improve security and efficiency at port gates
