About Me

I’m Hazem Elfawaal, a System Analyst based in Egypt.
I’m deeply passionate about digital transformation, sustainability, and using technology to create real impact. My work focuses on designing and improving systems that make life smarter, fairer, and more efficient.

Over the years, I’ve contributed to projects that bridge education, logistics, governance, and healthcare, developing solutions that connect people and data in meaningful ways. I believe that when technology is used with purpose, it becomes a tool not just for efficiency — but for empowerment.

My background covers system analysis, process design, and IT education development, along with hands-on experience in port systems integration, database management, and digital reform initiatives.

Some of my key projects include:

  • Digital Citizen Platform: A unified digital gateway linking education, healthcare, and legal data.
  • Smart Port Integration Model: Connecting PCS and TOS systems to optimize logistics performance.
  • Education Reform Proposal: Rethinking learning structures for creativity and critical thinking.
  • Navis N4 Arabic Manual: Translating and adapting complex technical documentation for regional training.
  • Smart Tourism & Healthcare City: A vision combining innovation, medicine, and sustainable growth.

What drives me is a simple belief: technology should serve humanity — it should open doors, simplify challenges, and create equal opportunities for everyone.
